Training

Upon Installation – Changeover Day
Comprehensive end user training is provided for all staff to ensure that the benefits of the system are maximised from day one. This training is organised in small groups, normally no more than eight people. Our trainers take great care to ensure that there are no outstanding questions or queries before moving on to the next group.

Ongoing Training
To maintain your expectations, refresher training is provided to assist new employees in maximising the efficiency of the system and to ensure that they are fully conversant with it.

All training courses include the necessary documentation, in either paper or electronic formats.
