At these meetings, detailed schedules will be compiled showing the agreed time scales and deadlines for completion of each stage of the project. Customer Programming Requirement Forms are completed, giving exact details of extension numbering, DDI allocation - along with details of pick-up groups, voice mail requirements and handset type including it’s location. In addition, giving the increasing convergence of voice and data applications with the advent of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and structured cabling we ensure that all liaison is maintained between the relevant departments within your organisation.

The number of meetings required would depend upon the size and complexity of the proposed solution, where more than one site is involved individual meetings will be arranged for each separate location, with our staff travelling to sites as necessary.
