Onsite faults are processed from our service centre detailing
exactly what component is required and what diagnostics tests
have been carried out remotely. This information is then transferred
to our technicians Cognito Mobile Data Communicators.
Disaster Recovery
Many financial institutions and other high profile clients
that we have installed global networks for have taken our
recommendation to implement a disaster recovery procedure
in such an event. These include dual processing systems, mirrored
sites, multi building entry for network services, dynamic
allocation of hardware, secure database backups, distributed
architecture and uninterupable power supplies. We maintain
a system library of backups for each site.
