After United Networks installed our new Avaya system, the quality of service has risen dramatically, far beyond what we could have imagined. When we were running with our old BT Versatility over VOIP we would drop on average 6 calls a day (which was of course unacceptable), after 3 weeks since the installation of the AVAYA system there hasn’t been a single dropped call. When our old Meridian system failed last week they had an engineer on site to try and assist us within an hour. Subsequently our system was beyond economical repair and I feel United Networks went beyond the call of duty to install a new IP Office system into the evening in order for us ensure there was no downtime during working hours.
